Our store, located in Pennsauken, New Jersey, carries all the electrical and mechanical equipment used in an industrial environment as well as commercial. Motors, circuit breakers, transformers, fuses, electrical panels, VFD drives, switches, pushbuttons, etc.... are just a few of the items we carry. We are here to help and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

ORIGINS

Lisa Kelly (owner) & Patrick Kelly reached out to Dave Bumbaugh to consult on starting up a company dealing in industrial electrical surplus. It started with one auction that some industrial electrical surplus was won and brought into a small location. The items were then cleaned up and listed on Ebay; that is where it all began.

TODAY

Fast-forward to 2022/2023 we are one of the most reputable sellers in the industry with over 4,000 transactions and 100% positive feedback, with nearly 10,000 items listed at any given time.

Jennifer Biscardi-Jones

After earning my degree in Business Administration, I entered the corporate world thinking that was my passion. After years of unhappiness, I went to help out a company that was short staffed and needed a packer. After several years I was promoted to listing and from there my knowledge grew. I realized this is what I wanted to do. Currently, I work as a Manager for Breakdown Solutions, where I'm focused on the organization of the company. My main role is to handle the day-to-day internal operations, all the behind the scene activities, as well as listing our electrical surplus inventory online for purchase.

I’ve spent the last 20+ years learning everything there is to know about the industrial electrical surplus industry – from circuit breakers to switchgears and then some. I’m currently applying this knowledge in my role as Manager for Breakdown Solutions, where I’m responsible for project management, day-to-day external operations, as well as listing our electrical surplus inventory online for purchase.

For most people, the industrial electrical surplus industry doesn’t sound very interesting. For me, industrial surplus is a passion I’ve been chasing for 40+ years. I owned my own electrical surplus company until I retired in 2019. Most recently, my work landed me as a consultant with Breakdown Solutions where I’m focused on spreading my wealth of knowledge of this industry. I guess you could say I’m living the dream.

I've been in this industry for 20+ years and have extensive knowledge about industrial electrical surplus. I started out going on the road and taking out all the electrical, listing, packing, shipping, and being responsible for the daily activities. I have since moved on to Breakdown Solutions and I’m happy to say we are thriving! It never gets boring because there's always new items coming in the shop, and new people to talk with.

After earning my diploma from West Deptford High School, I entered the cosmetology world to explore my passion as a certified cosmetologist. Currently, I work as a packer for Breakdown Solutions, where I'm focused on strengthening my packing skills, learning new things and becoming more experienced in the surplus field.
